Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking on our calendar. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final, unwatermarked media or 3D tours are released.

2. Property Readiness & Cancellations

Properties must be clean, staged, and photo-ready upon our arrival. Proper Lens is not responsible for moving furniture, cleaning, or landscaping.

Deposit Forfeiture Policy: Your 50% deposit will be completely forfeited if:
• We are unable to access the property at the scheduled time.
• The property is not photo-ready.
• The appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Unattended minors (under 18) or unattended pets are present.

3. Copyright and Licensing

Proper Lens retains the copyright to all media produced. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property across MLS, social media, and print. Media may not be sold or transferred to a third party (such as a builder, stager, or another agent) without explicit written permission from Proper Lens.
